Inefficient management of entrance and exit The traditional management of factory entrances and exits faces issues such as unclear separation of personnel and vehicles, and difficulty in ensuring security at night. Especially at night, the security of the factory gates is not effectively guaranteed, leading to potential safety risks.
Low efficiency in factory security management The identity management of personnel inside and outside the factory mainly relies on manual handwritten registration, which is not only inefficient but also prone to errors, with records being easily lost or hard to store, creating security risks.
Difficulty in managing incoming vehicles Incoming vehicles to the factory cannot be scheduled for entry, with no effective control over vehicle traffic, leading to low efficiency and, in severe cases, traffic congestion that impacts production and logistics.
Complex employee attendance and canteen management Employee attendance is recorded manually by card swiping or handwriting, leading to cumbersome data management and errors. Moreover, there is no digital solution for canteen management, resulting in inefficiencies in meal operations.
To address the above challenges, WUII TECO provided a series of smart park solutions for Three Squirrels' Health Food City. These solutions digitize multiple aspects such as entrance and exit management, factory security, vehicle management, and canteen operations, significantly improving factory management efficiency and security.
The factory's main gate, which is 25 meters wide, is equipped with a 25-meter sliding gate and an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system. This system efficiently identifies the license plates of incoming vehicles and automatically controls the entry and exit, improving traffic flow. The combination of a Fence Arm Barrier Gate and Pedestrian Security Gate allows for precise control over the factory gate, effectively preventing chaos at the entrance. Through the vehicle management system, all vehicles entering and exiting the factory are monitored and recorded in real time, enhancing both efficiency and security, especially at night when the factory gate's safety is critical.
The factory has deployed 60 sets of facial recognition devices that accurately identify the identities of employees and visitors, eliminating the risk of identity impersonation.
Thirty sets of Speed Gates are installed at the factory entrance, working in conjunction with the facial recognition system to ensure fast passage for employees, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency.
By linking the Speed Gates and facial recognition technology, the system automatically generates attendance data based on employee entry and exit records, reducing errors in manual attendance and ensuring the accuracy of the data.
The visitor registration system has been digitized and automated, eliminating the need for handwritten records and addressing issues such as lost or hard-to-store paper forms. All visitor information is stored in the system, making it easier to search and manage.
Incoming vehicles must be pre-scheduled for entry. The system automatically grants access based on reservation information and validates identities using the ANPR system, eliminating the need for vehicle queuing and significantly improving traffic flow.
The factory uses a digital visitor management system, combining software and hardware to register and verify the identities of visitors, simplifying the traditional manual registration process and enhancing both efficiency and security.
The canteen entrance is equipped with 20 sets of facial recognition devices, allowing employees to authenticate their identities by face scanning. The system automatically records dining information, reducing the need for manual registration and improving canteen management efficiency. The system can also generate consumption reports based on real-time dining data, enabling the factory to analyze and manage the canteen's operations.
The intelligent entrance and exit management solutions provided by WUII TECO effectively address the production and security challenges at Three Squirrels' Health Food City. By combining ANPR, Barrier Gates, Pedestrian Security Gates, and facial recognition technology, Three Squirrels has not only achieved efficient management of vehicles and personnel but also significantly enhanced the factory's security. Additionally, the integration of Sliding Gates and Retractable Gate systems has facilitated smoother entry and exit for engineering vehicles, ensuring the smooth operation of production.
The implementation of these intelligent systems has helped Three Squirrels reach new heights in production efficiency and security management, further solidifying its leading position in the nut industry.
